Doctor Blossom’s

NooVeda Community

Cultivating cognitive health, together.

Your brain and body CAN get strong and healthier at any age.

Most people don’t know this, but…

Cognitive decline isn’t sudden.
It starts decades before symptoms appear.

Alzheimer’s isn’t inevitable.
It’s preventable, and even reversible, in early stages.

Your brain can get stronger at any age.
Science and traditional medical systems agree.

So why are people still being told there’s nothing they can do?

That ends here.

New research is proving there’s another way–one where prevention is possible, and Alzheimer’s is a disease of the past.

A clinical trial, done by Dr. Dale Bredesen and published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease, revolutionized Alzheimer’s treatment when it showed that 84% of participants demonstrated an improvement in cognitive markers.

For the first time in history, Alzheimer's disease can be treated through seven distinct, science-backed strategies.

Nutrition – Fuel your brain with foods that protect and repair

Targeted Supplementation – Support cognitive resilience at a cellular level

Detoxification – Remove hidden toxins that impact brain function

Brain Stimulation – Keep your mind sharp with lifelong learning and neuroplasticity practices

Exercise – Strengthen your brain by strengthening your body

Sleep – Optimize deep, restorative sleep for memory and repair

Stress Management – Reduce the chronic inflammation that drives cognitive decline

For thousands of years, Āyurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Yoga have utilized many of these same principles.

Dr. Bredesen’s research has now confirmed what these traditions have long understood: brain health is a lifelong practice, and small, daily choices matter.

NOOVEDA

COMMUNITY

Welcome to the

A new kind of community: one that gives self-starters the knowledge, tools, and support to take control of their brain health.

Alzheimer’s is no longer something that just happens.

We now know it’s the result of over 36 known contributors, such as:

  • Chronic Inflammation

  • Toxins like mold, heavy metals, and pesticides

  • Blood Sugar Imbalance

  • Nutrient Deficiencies

  • Sleep deprivation

  • Stress

You can address these factors and improve your brain health.

Prevention IS an option.

It’s science-backed. It’s actionable.

And it’s easier when you’re part of a community.

The NooVeda Process

NooVeda follows a structured path, so you’re not just jumping from lesson to lesson. You’re actually moving through a system that works.

Step One: Start with the BIG Initiation

Your entry point into NooVeda: a one-month guided Ayurvedic reset to realign your brain and body. Which includes:

  • Seasonal yoga (available year-round)

  • 10-day reset

  • Foundational nutrition, movement, and lifestyle shifts

  • An accessible way to integrate the Bredesen 7 principles

  • Learn your dominant dosha

  • Explore Ayurvedic topics you’re drawn to

Step Two: Move through Quarterly, Themed Learning Cycles

NooVeda follows a 4-quarter structure inspired by the Ayurvedic seasonal principles, each focusing on a core aspect of cognitive resilience.

Every quarter, we deep-dive into a focus area:

  • Fall: Detoxification — 8-week protocol to reduce toxic exposure and improve the function of your detox pathways (liver, kidneys, intestines) and Immune Support

  • Spring: Eating for Cognitive and Gut Health –  Learn and practice principles from Dr. Bredesen’s groundbreaking KetoFLEX 12/3 protocol, The Ayurterranean Diet, and the Oral Microbiome

  • Winter: Sleep & Breathing, Stress Management, Meditation and Mindfulness, and Brain Stimulation

  • Summer: Trophic Support for the Brain, Cardiovascular Health, and Fasting

Step Three: Go Deeper

Once the foundation is built, you’re invited to dive deeper into topics that pertain to you most.

Here’s what going deeper looks like:

  • Attend sessions with expert guests

  • Explore self-paced Ayurvedic courses

  • Take advantage on discounts with Doctor Blossom partners (supplementation, detox protocols, etc.)

  • Go on retreat with Scott and team

  • Deepen your yoga practice with live sessions

  • On the Doctor Blossom Courses

“I honestly did not have many expectations for the course! I knew that whatever Scott was going to teach would be useful and meaningful in some way—and it definitely was. I came away from the program with a greater appreciation of the role of ritual not just in a wellness-hacking way, but actually communing with spirit. I'm a very studious person, and I'm at a stage in my life where I'm actively separating from that identity and leaning more into experience and heart-forward practices, and this course was a container for me to feel into that space and discover the joys of not just listening to desire and instinct but actually acting upon them. I wasn't totally aware of it at the time, but I was able to navigate difficult life circumstances with more ease because of the foundations of this course.” - Anonymous

  • On Scott as a Teacher and Practitioner

“Scott's a gifted teacher and practitioner. As a teacher he has a great way of modeling self-discipline and integrity without being overly controlling of his students, but also without letting them off the hook. As a fellow teacher, I learned a lot about inspiring students to want to be more self-disciplined, without that edge that can feel like the teacher is trying to control you, or attached to what you do. As a yoga practitioner, he's beautiful to watch and much transmits on multiple levels, even through the ethers of zoom. GRATEFUL!

I can’t say enough good things about doing yoga with Scott Blossom. As a long time yoga practitioner and teacher and an Ayurveda practitioner, I feel deeply nourished in both my personal practice of yoga and ayurveda, but also as a teacher of both. It is truly heartening to be led into the subtleties of hatha yoga practice. Scott is a genius at bringing out the deeper aspects of the most basic teachings. He also has a magical way of inviting folks into the practices without being preachy or like, “this is the one way.” But he also steers clear of being “wishy washy.”  This is no small feat. His solid grasp and practice of yoga, ayurveda and chinese medicine, weaves seamlessly into his teachings.

Studying with Scott has supported my growth as a practitioner, firstly, and inspired and enhanced my unique voice as a teacher. Gratitude for the path, the teachings and the practicing community!” - Shannon Mccall

  • On the Yoga Classes

“I’ve been practicing yoga for over 30 years, and while I have known Scott for a long time, I have never really studied with him. I have been introduced to some of the concepts and poses in bits and bobs over the years through various teachers or styles, but the way in which he weaves everything together with energetics and Ayurveda is unparalleled. I also love the way he teaches like building blocks. Learn a little bit each week until you build the whole sequence, then continue to refine it and deepen your understanding and knowledge of it through the second half of the series. That requires a certain level of attention and dedication that I rarely experience. And for my airy, fiery spirit, I think that’s a good thing. I had a knee injury through at least half of the series, which brought up trepidation and slows me down. That gets a little crunchy when I’m also unfamiliar with Scott’s style (still trying to understand why we don’t use mats.) But I’m at the point in my life where I don’t care so much about trying to keep up, making an impression, or perfection. And Scott is obviously very welcoming and helpful.” -Amy Cranch

  • On the Community

"If you want to participate in a loving community of brilliant people join one of Scott's groups. If you want to be challenged and supported along the way JOIN ONE OF SCOTT'S GROUPS!" - Deborah Howe

  • On the Yoga Classes

"I needed a boost in my home practice and love Scott's online courses. I had been having a hard time getting up early to practice lately and this really helped me get back on track. Even though I've been practicing yoga a long time, I sometimes let breathwork go. Scott addresses the foundations so well and so many teachers are clueless about this. Slow, deep, intelligent, wise, methodical, AMAZING! It's been so helpful to slow down and be in my body. I loved every minute. THANK YOU!" - Teri Gelber

  • On the Curriculum

“This course has incredible depth, yet is designed to be easily understandable and accessible. Scott is a creative, gifted and generous teacher who integrates his immense knowledge and skill in way that teaches to all aspects of the human experience. The classes built on each other and Scott's pacing gives time for students to embody his teachings.” - Simone Noble

TCM, Āyurveda, Yoga, and RECODE Practitioner

Scott Blossom

Scott’s personal journey into brain health started when he lost his mother to Alzheimer’s in 2020. This deeply personal experience led him to explore the scientific causes of cognitive decline and holistic ways to prevent and reverse its effects.

Scott has integrated Traditional Chinese (TCM), Āyurveda, Yoga somatics, and evidence-based nutrition into his clinical practice and educational offerings for more than 25 years. Experience has taught him that the one secret to health is not a what, not a product or a specific practice, but how to adapt whatever you are doing so it remains potent and agile through the days and seasons of your life.

With nearly three decades of experience in holistic health, Scott has guided thousands of clients toward better well-being by blending the wisdom of Āyurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and yoga with modern neuroscience.

Now, he’s channeling his expertise into a sharper focus on cognitive health—empowering those who are vulnerable to the impacts of cognitive decline to protect and improve their brain function with a personalized, whole-body approach.

A Note from Scott

If you’ve followed my work for years, if you’ve ever taken one of my yoga series, if you’ve found clarity and strength through Āyurveda, Chinese medicine, or any of the tools I teach, you already know how great you can feel with consistent practice and opportunities to deepen your studies.

You also likely share the belief that community medicine is the future, and it’s how we treat our broken medical system.

That’s exactly why I created NooVeda – a community-based membership and integrative library dedicated to optimizing your brain health.

NooVeda is about weaving science-backed, yet traditional principles into your life in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and empowering. It’s a place where we practice the small, daily habits that have been proven to prevent cognitive decline.

If you were interested in our signature program: Foundations of Cognitive Health, but it felt like a little too much too soon, you’re probably in the right place.

NooVeda

For self-starters who want to optimize their brain health with the support of movement, the study of Āyurveda, and foundational resources.

Foundations

For those looking for an intensive, personalized 6-month roadmap for implementing Dr. Bredesen’s PreCODE Protocol.

The NooVeda community will be a great fit for you if:

  • You’ve been meaning to make your brain health a priority but haven’t known where to start

  • Love to geek out on neuroscience, Āyurveda, movement, and the connection between them

  • Appreciate structure but want to move at your own pace

  • Know that the best way to stay accountable is to surround yourself with people who are working toward a common goal

By the way… A single yoga series with me costs more than joining NooVeda for three months. And with this, you don’t just get access to a few classes, you get a whole library of resources, ongoing live sessions, and a community that’s walking this path with you.

I’d love to have you join us.
