    “I’ve been practicing yoga for over 30 years, and while I have known Scott for a long time, I have never really studied with him. I have been introduced to some of the concepts and poses in bits and bobs over the years through various teachers or styles, but the way in which he weaves everything together with energetics and Ayurveda is unparalleled. I also love the way he teaches like building blocks. Learn a little bit each week until you build the whole sequence, then continue to refine it and deepen your understanding and knowledge of it through the second half of the series. That requires a certain level of attention and dedication that I rarely experience. And for my airy, fiery spirit, I think that’s a good thing. I had a knee injury through at least half of the series, which brought up trepidation and slows me down. That gets a little crunchy when I’m also unfamiliar with Scott’s style (still trying to understand why we don’t use mats.)
