THIS IS PREVENTION IN PRACTICE

WHO IS THIS FOR:

Thriving Mind is for people who don't want to wait for a diagnosis to start paying attention to their brain.

You may recognize yourself in one of these three:

THE LIFELONG STUDENT

  • You have always been a seeker—someone who studies the body, mind, and the relationship between them.

  • You may also have watched someone you love experience Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive decline—and it changed the way you think about aging.

THE PROACTIVE PREVENTIONIST

  • You've seen cognitive decline up close, you may have a family history and you're not willing to simply wait and see what happens.

  • You want information, tools, and a proactive strategy for protecting cognitive health over the long term.

THE OVERWHELMED CAREGIVER

  • You're supporting someone who is experiencing cognitive changes—and you may be realizing that this journey affects your own cognitive health, too.

  • You've noticed early symptoms or changes in yourself.

  • You may already have a foundation in Ayurveda, TCM, yoga, or other integrative practices, but you're looking for a clearer framework for applying them to brain health.

The Community I Wish I’d Been Able to Give My Mom

Back in 2010, when my mother began showing signs of cognitive decline, I felt what so many families and caregivers feel: confusion, urgency, and a sinking realization that conventional medicine had very few answers.

I remember thinking…why didn’t anyone teach us how to protect her brain before the diagnosis?

After my mother passed away, I began closely studying Dr. Dale Bredesen’s work on reversing decline using an approach that is completely unique to modern medicine, yet not at all unique to the traditional medicine systems of Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine that I had dedicated 20+ years of my life’s work. In 2024 I trained with Dr. Bredesen to become a certified ReCODE Practitioner.

That’s exactly why I created Thriving Mind – a community-based integrative library and resources center dedicated to optimizing your brain health.

Thriving Mind is about weaving science-backed, yet traditional principles into your life in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and empowering. It’s a place where we practice the small, daily habits that have been proven to prevent cognitive decline.

If you were interested in our signature program: Foundations of Cognitive Health, but it felt like a little too much too soon, you’re probably in the right place.

$90/mo

COMMUNITY SUPPORTER

This rate is for those with greater financial capacity—whether through stable income, savings, property ownership, or overall economic security.

If paying this amount feels comfortably within your means, choosing this tier helps make the program more accessible to someone with fewer financial resources.

You may be paying down debt or building savings, but you have a relatively stable income and are able to meet your basic needs, including food, housing, healthcare, and childcare.

Choosing this rate means the investment is meaningful and may require some financial planning, but it remains within your overall means without compromising your long-term financial stability.

This rate reflects a balance between personal affordability and contributing to the sustainability of the program.

We believe your brain can thrive—at any age. That’s what Thriving Mind is here for.

Here’s how we stand by it: show up for three months by subscribing to the quarterly membership - set your goals, share your progress each week inside the community - and if you don’t feel more supported, more motivated, and more brain-healthy, WE WILL REFUND YOU.

Why three full months matters: Because real brain change isn’t instant. Neuroscience tells us it takes repetition. Ayurveda teaches us it takes rhythm. And Thriving Mind was built to give you both.

We’ll bring the science, the tools, and the community. You bring your willingness to show up and take action.

If it doesn’t make a difference, you’ll get every penny back.
